Times are changing, and we are seeing less paper tickets for concerts now, there are a few different types of tickets you will see on The Ticket Room, let’s explain…
Paper Tickets – The most obvious one. These are physical tickets that will be sent to your delivery address. We aim to get all tickets to you in plenty of time for the gig, most of the time it’ll be weeks in advance. However sometimes promoters leave printing a little later, and tickets don’t arrive with us until around a week prior to the event, so please don’t panic, as it’s not unusual for tickets to arrive up to 48 hours prior to your show. Remember we are always here to answer any questions regarding the delivery of your paper tickets.
E-Tickets – These are in the form of a PDF, and will be directly emailed to you for you to download. Once downloaded, you can either show these on your mobile device at the gig, or you can print them off and take them in paper form, the choice is yours! Again, E-Tickets can be delayed and can become available anytime up to 48 hours prior to your gig, so don’t worry if they are not instantly available, we’ll keep you up to date on when they will arrive.
Mobile Tickets – You may not be as familiar with these. Mobile tickets are transferred to your email address, usually to an app. If your tickets are this type, after your purchase you will be notified of any app you may need to download to retrieve your tickets. Then on the night you just have to take your mobile device and show your QR code on the door and hey presto, you’re in!
